“Un jeune homme souriant, très serviable qui m'a dépanné dans la journée pour un prix ridicule. Je recommande absolument.”

Frequently asked questions
Rentals, routes, workshop: everything you need to know before you come.
How much does it cost to rent an electric bike?
The Focus Aventura² 6.8 electric trekking bike is €30 per half-day and €42 per full day. The Focus Thron² 6.7 electric mountain bike is €40 per half-day and €60 per full day. Helmet, lock and safety vest are included.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend it, especially in high season: the fleet has 6 trekking bikes and 5 electric mountain bikes. A 30% deposit is required for every booking. Book by phone, WhatsApp or email.
What do I need to bring to rent a bike?
An ID and a bank card for the security deposit: €500 per trekking bike and €900 per mountain bike. It is only a card imprint, not charged during the rental and released when you return the bike in good condition.
Do I need to be sporty to ride an electric mountain bike?
Not at all. The electric assist helps you up to 25 km/h, and our routes range from a family ride around Arles to a sportier route in the Alpilles. We will recommend the route that suits your level.
Can I go out with a guide?
Yes. A guided tour with our qualified local guide costs €150 per half-day and €250 per full day. You can also ride on your own: the route map is then included. A custom route is available on quote.
Do you deliver bikes to our accommodation?
Yes. Delivery to your hotel, gîte or holiday rental is free in Arles and costs €40 outside Arles. You can also start directly from our shop, route de la Crau.
Can I add a picnic or a tasting?
Yes. We offer picnics prepared by SPOSI (Discovery option at €17, Premium Provençale option at €25) and a wine and olive oil tasting at Mas Sainte Berthe with Di on Goûte (€30 per person, 1h30, from 4 people).
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, bank transfer or cash, on site or when you book.
What happens if I return the bike late?
A late fee applies: €30 per half-day and €42 per full day of overrun. If you think you will be late, let us know.
What about damage, loss or theft?
The renter is responsible for the bike throughout the rental. Damage, loss or theft may be charged up to the amount of the security deposit, or beyond it depending on the value of the damage found.
How do I book a workshop appointment?
Book online: you will receive a confirmation by email. The prices shown are starting prices, adjusted after diagnosis and always with your approval before any work is done. If you cannot make it, let us know as soon as possible so we can free up the slot.
Are the bikes bought from you under warranty?
Yes. New bikes and equipment sold in the shop come with the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.
